My little Jamison June is 2-years-old today. This adorable little girl has brought us so much joy in the last 24 months. She is funny, she is sweet, she loves to dance and sing, she makes funny faces, she has the best laugh and she loves her family.
Before we had Jamison, Anthony always told me he wanted his girls to be tom-boys. He is surprised at how much Jamison loves being a girlie-girl when it isn't induced. She loves shoes and purses and bow and ribbons. Nail polish, make-up, dresses and jewelry always spark her interest. We've decided girls are "just different" and come as little girls.
Don't get me wrong, she also loves to get DIRTY. She loves sand and dirt, bugs and sticky foods. She makes a mess of this house (and herself) all the time. She's been known to have more than one bath a day!
And this girl can TALK! She remembers words after only hearing them once. She communicates way better than Bradley did at this age. She knows how to react to things like, "bless you Mommy" after a sneeze, or "it's okay" when I say I'm sorry.
Jamison's personality keeps me laughing all day long. She has this way of pouting out her huge lips that is just adorable. She runs around the house all day shooting "radagas" with her brother (don't ask, I don't) and often screams "Go away bad guys" and slams the door.
What baffles me most about this girl is that she looks NOTHING like me or Anthony. She has beautiful blues and curly blonde hair. She has fair skin and features that I just can't trace to either of us. I've studied her little face time and time again and I always come up short of finding me in her. I honestly think her little features are a tender mercy from my Heavenly Father. I always wanted a little blonde, blue-eyed girl and figured I wouldn't get one. I feel it was Heavenly Father's way of saying, "why not, here you go."
I love this 2-year-old so much. Here's to another wonderful year!

Wish we lived closer so we could spend more time with that sweetheart. I love that she looks so much like her cousin Megan. I am glad that Heavenly Father proved that He can do anything and said, "why, not???" :)

She's so pretty. Happy birthday to her!! I can't believe that Cole will be two in just four short months. It's insane how fast time goes by when you are all growed up :) I hope she had a beautiful birthday! I think she and Cole should have a playdate! They may just fall in love :)
