This morning Crystal (a girl I babysit) was helping me with some laundry. She comes to my house when there's no school (holidays, spring break, etc.)
She looked at the huge mass of clothes that needed to be folded and put away and said, "I think there is about 40 clothes to put away." I, jokingly, said, "I bet there's 100." Her eyes got really big as she said, "Let's count!" So, count we did.
The last time day I did laundry was last Friday. Every sock and shirt was put away. So, today (one week later) Crystal and I folded and put away 335 pieces of laundry. That's 48 pieces of laundry (including towels) per day. I just don't believe it. There are only 5 of us.
Maybe if my laundry room looked like this I wouldn't mind so much.

whoa- not the laundry, but that you guys counted it! i'd of given up. yeah, i wish i could wait to do laundry- with selling the house everything has to always be orderly- its ridiculous!!! here's to lots o laundry you lucky girl- and a helper to fold- woohoo!!!
isn't it awesome that probably every woman is looking at that picture with such longing to someday, SOMEDAY, have a humongous laundry room like that. I think it would actually make laundry FUN to do :)
Yikes, that is a lot of laundry, why can't we have disposable clothes? Everything else is recyclable?
